如果阿的平确实能治愈乙肝，但需要加倍剂量，副作用则可能会很严重。
阿的平已知可以引起肝炎，所以我们不知道，阿的平对B型肝炎病人的副作用。我们只知道它对
疟疾病人的副作用.

如果阿的平确实能治愈乙肝，我们只能希望它是安全的。我们必须做严格的临床试验。

肖错尼特(nitazoxanide/alinia)根据您的 "真正爱科学"，"精通科研方法手段和思维的人才行":
1. 没有公布的研究成果
2. 没有临床试验
3. 看看我们的意大利朋友的意见，至少他尝试过，他也是说实话的:
hbsag has that pattern both with alinia and interferon, he did it to most people but then it falls again even lower.we now know that alinia+antivirals or mono is not able to suppress hbsg fully (at least in less than 1 year), so for those lucky to reach 1500-2000iu it is good to add interferon.
the combo interferon+alinia is definitely more potent and probably able to increase svr like it did on hcv.

for now we have:
my sister still on ntz mono, no hbvdna suppression, hbsag around 12000, will check it soon
smily_boy india, around 500iu/ml stable, if it starts to rise around 1000iu/ml he will consider adding interferon
vijky, baseline 24000 now around 12000

according to the experince we have alinia helps lower it a little bit it definitely doesn't work without another immune modulator.it may help prevent nuc resistance.
i have tried to lower it to 1.5g two times but i have alt flares to over 40 and sep 2010 i had even hbvdna detactzble at 21iu/ml so it is having an effect in suppressing my hbv
