英语不太好，大概意思是对方传真机没信号?不能接收？

刚刚发了四封。可能又只有1封成功。
建议大家都申请4个邮箱（qq邮箱也行），这样每天都可以至少发4封。
一个邮箱24小时内只能发2封。我就这么干。

发给其它部门，我的手都发得麻木了 ，一天都不知道发了多少，但是没有一个回信的，我真的累了，只想跟温家宝谈谈，其余我不想发了，发了快一个月了，手都疼了，没有一点音信，我很想去北京问问温家宝，到底是怎么回事，他有空去看看矿难，地震，洪灾，雪灾什么的，为什么不能就不能抽点时间看看我们，大家组织去北京拜见温家宝，我报名。现在我只想发给温家宝，只有温家宝拍板才有效力，谁知道温家宝的电话啊，邮箱啊，地址啊，告知一下，谢谢。
