好久没有温习这个帖子了，现在看看还是有很多启发

FU大侠说的很对：文献是个双刃剑，可以帮你，也可以害你。
说说我的做法：我尽5，6年已经不“浏览”最新文献了，因为这些东西没有经过时间的检验，不敢说错，起码也不完整。如果跟风就会误入歧途。我以前吃过亏，后来不看了，自己想到什么问题就去专门查阅，多找几个文献，最好时有矛盾的。看了以后必须有个自己的判断，否则不信！
我们在这里讨论，没有利益关系，不是为了发文章或者申请基金，所以没必要自欺欺人。我说的都是我真的相信的东西，也许别人不信，有别的文献反驳。我欢迎大家提出来讨论。说到底，科研还有一个感性判断的问题：新谁的，不信谁的。要看试验的细节才能判断。

I guess that 换个思路 is doing research in US? he may be the one to apply fund from NIH.

Hi. everyone:

I am new here. I am a chronic HBVer. I have gone to liver specialist and started taking tenofovir on 19Sep2011. I will post my test results later. I have got a engineering PhD in a top 5 US university. I am working (data analysis) in a big US pharm company.

I think that 换个思路大侠 is good at presenting his ideal of treating HBV. By the way, HBV is not easy. I have got some useful background from 换个思路大侠. However, I do not think that his idea is useful. I know nothing about medicine or biology, but I did my engineering Phd in a very good US university. My judgement comes from that: if his ideal is useful, then it is not hard for him to present his idea to his colleague. Remember, his speciality is not HBV. There are many top HBV researchers around the world. Just like some of you want to direct, modify your treatment plan, it is not a good thing to even think about it. It is better to leave this to professionals. Without basic back ground, your 'new' ideal coming from his presentation looks silly from research.

Secondly, there is no cure for hbv today, not because no body want to hide the way to cure, it is because, up to date, top researches have not found the way to cure hbv.

So at present, it is the best way to follow the guide line to treat hbv. there is no other way around.
