有deductible的应该是可以申请的我的保险是有1000还是2000的deductible我就申到全免费的
不过我是学生，收入比较低了，呵呵

Are you sure you are getting the right prices for ultrasound?

For my case, I used IN-NETWORK facilities. I remember that I paid around $100  for the ultrasound.

You may want to check your insurance again.

My insurance is UnitedHealthcare, just for your ref.

确实有些问题，我刚来不久所以不清楚这边的价格，但10多天前刚做了第二次B超，同一家医院，同一个医生的order，第二次只要200多。
我现在不知道第一次为什么收费那么多。

411老师你好，真高兴你出现在这里，话说你知道的东西真多，最近这几天我忙上学的事，还没去打电话问。Myaccess这个卡的事，联邦贫困线500%以下，看来我肯定能申请的到。最近也没去看医生，在这先咨询你：我后天感染的大三阳，在07、08两年间我打了一年半的长效干扰素，效果不好，没达到三终点我停了。后来摆着一付不管的心态没理HBV，结果在10年7月份查到肝功不正常，并且是小三阳，DNA8次方，在10年10月份开始吃恩替，效果还不错，四个月时DNA和肝功均在正常范围，今年3月份的检查结果DNA是200copies/ml,ALT13，AST 19，如果换替诺的话，需要做什么检查，还是可以直接换？换了替诺以后得一直替诺，还是可以换回恩替来？官网上看到替诺的副作用也挺大的，有点吓人，不过恩替的说明书上也有很多副作用，呵呵，照样还是吃了。对了，官网上还有一句话：已怀孕或者有怀孕的打算。VIREAD是否会影响胎儿的健康尚不明确。为什么都说它是B级的呢？

在“万恶的资本主义美国”，加州圣地亚哥发明生产替诺的生物制药公司会给符合“低收入”等条件每个月补助的是$200。此外，如果符合 MyAccess 条件- 联邦贫穷线500% 内，比如：48个州包括华盛顿特区，一个双人收入每年如果在$75,650 （联邦贫困线是$15,130两人家庭）内就可免费获取替诺；或，比如，如果你只有先生上班，太太和小孩没有收入，那么这个杠杠就会升到每年收入不超过$95,450就能免费，当天处方，即刻拿药。


I am not sure of the MyAccess 条件. I got the MyAccess card from the doctor's office. I made a phone call to the number on the card to activate the card. The lady on the line never asked about income, what she asked was something of different insurance plans, 4 or 5 plans. I cannot recall the insurance names she asked, but among them one plan sounded like the federal assistant plan.

Talking about income, I am definitely not qualified for the 'free' medicine. My suggestions to friends here is that: no matter how much is your income, do apply for the benefit.  That is the reason I thought that Gilead is giving out 'free' Viread to hook more people on the medicine. The patent of Viread is about to expire in 2014(?).

今天弄清楚了我的B超问题了，医院说第一次做的是全腹部的检查要$1800，第二次是limited只查肝胆$250.差太远了。。。

从你给的网址中我找到了needymeds这个网站，里面有很多药都是有可以申请的，也有恩替卡韦，真是太好了，这些事情并不完全是美国政府在做的，很多都是其他公司给的赞助，美国的公益真的是无处不在，并且都是不求回报的。
