2. Interferon induced proteins with antiviral effects. But then to argue that these may lead to mutations and therefore should not be used is hard to understand. Interferon has been used by our immune system to fight viral infection, so how can you switch it off?

我提到UNG是举例：病毒基因租可以被宿主细胞的修复机制或者其他因子影响。我说道干扰素，只是提到，在当前有良好药物的情况下，干扰素带来过多突变，造成对药物的耐药性。 所以，干扰素是否依旧是治疗乙型肝炎的第一选择，如果要用干扰素，必须面对以后带来的高突变，这点，我们在临床上要先知道  我并没有完全否定干扰素哦

1.主要研究B细胞的免疫。
2.研究HIV,HBV，HCV等细胞内免疫调控机制，药物不是我的主攻方向
