That is not correct, in my opinion.

NT耐药率低
that is for patients who does not have LAM resistance. If he has a LAM resistance, then NT耐药 will be
Entecavir resistant (LAM resistant) 6%(1 year) 15%(2 year) 36%(3 year) 46%(4 year) 51%(5 year) 57%(6 year)
And that is the reason: 骆抗先的先NT加倍6月，DNA转阴,然后再LM+AD
Actually the normal procedure for LAM resistance is:
LMV resistance: add TDF (add ADV if TDF not available);
I do understand that tenoforvia is not available in China right now. However you could get tenoforvir from HongKong (expensive) or form India (cheap).
Anyway, LAM is not the first line antiviral drug. If you still choose using LAM as your first choice, it is better for you to have the background.
