criticism? Hell No! The country has a budget of 5000 million for public security in a year. At most a million compensation for an accident victim, so how many lives you can have?

International criticism, I mean. The public security is over the top. With so many accidents in China, you really need insurance schemes to pay for compensations.

I don't need insurance, I have tons of them already.
tell you a joke, in china, people joke to each other, if you don't like the guy, tell him to buy stocks.
in Canada, if you hate your relative, buy him insurance---most importantly, buy a lot....lot. then he will live in war zone daily.

As I recall you have more lives than a cat. I don't get the joke about buying lots of insurance for a Canadian - does it mean they will do him/her over to collect?
