这篇应该是取于"泰康肝病研究所" (http://www.taikangganbing.com/159.htm)的中译文内容有两个地方需要说明一下:

(1)文章的原文作者是Prince AM, Lee DH, Brotman B. 三位, 而 Lindsley F不是作者, 是人名命名的研究机构之部分"Lindsley F. Kimball Research Institute...纽约血液中心Lindsley F. Kimball 研究所; 这样读者想查阅原文章就方便了;

(2)从其原英文题目和内容看, 中文翻译文章有些"误导"民众的后果. 原文题目应该是"CR阳性, HBsAg阴性, HBsAb阳性, 恢复的乙肝感染者之血液的传染性(度, 能力)", 并不是"HBV DNA+, HBsAg-...不传染..."

此外研究文章只是论证了少量血清和MNCs的存在可能(似乎)不具备传染性, 但是大量和进一步试验是需要的... ;

BACKGROUND: Numerous reports have noted the existence of sera, particularly from resolving cases of HBV infection, that are positive for HBV DNA by PCR, despite being negative for HBsAg and IgM anti-HBc. If such blood is infective and detectable by HBV NAT screening, it seems desirable to introduce such screening for transfused blood.

STUDY DESIGN AND METHODS: Three chimpanzees were inoculated with serum and lymphocytes from three patients who were HBV DNA PCR positive, but HBsAg negative. The animals were tested over a period of 15 months for HBsAg, anti-HBs, anti-HBc, and HBV DNA by PCR.

RESULTS: All animals remained uninfected.

CONCLUSION: Small amounts of plasma and MNCs from HBV DNA-positive HBsAg-negative blood do not appear to be infectious; however, further studies with larger volumes of inoculum should be conducted.
