Dear Cafe, I am just thinking to lauch reading English Bible. Is it easy to purchase in the current Chinese market? Can you understand them well from the pespective that they are based on Western Life? To be honestly, so far as now, I am not sure quite sure about the relationships of God, Jesus, Eliluya or Peter, that sort of titles?

I did not pay attention to it in bookstores,but a large one should have i think.further more,we can download from the internet.

unfortunately,i have little more knowledge than u of the Bible,what i have are just a vague impression and eagerness to learn.hehe,let us learn together.

As to the relationship u ask,from my poor inkling,Jesus,the Redeemer, is a son of the God,who is sent to earth to save  us. Peter is one of the 12 disciples,on whose tomb built ST.Peter church in Vatican.perhaps.
