Apparently there is another new nucleotide analogue called AZH443 that is being researched for pharmokinetics at U.M.Florida.The researcher says it is "20x more potent than Entecavir and brought down viral load from 24 million copies to 600 copies within two weeks,in animal studies."They are conducting the first human trials here to check toxicity.So move over,Entecavir.
