工作组就此侵权事件给亨丰美国总部一封公开信,强烈谴责强制体检的无良行为.近日收到该公司美国CEO的回信,表示关注并成立内部调查组,目前已联系上该调查组负责人西平小姐,下星期将与其面谈:
以下是工作组与亨丰高层的邮件沟通:

如我们电话沟通: 对于贵司东莞工厂强制体检乙肝及人事经理肖剑先生欧打志愿者的粗暴行为,工作组期望贵司采取积极有效的措施:
1---贵司就人事经理肖剑的粗暴行为向志愿者道歉
2---贵司郑重地,公开地承诺: 不进行非医学需要的乙肝检查,不岐视乙肝携带者
期望下个星期我们当面沟通,届时,媒体的朋友会到场………
如上,我在下面致贵司布朗总裁的邮件中有叙述,相信他会支持到您的调查工作….

Nice to get your return and see the audit team begin to run .Thanks for your focus on this incident.As a NGO on behalf 1.6 million HBV carriers in DongGuan city , “Heart to Heaar Working Group “ all along care deeply about the equality right of HBV carriers. For this incident , Our basic expectation as below:
1st: The HR manager XiaoJian must apologize for his rude deeds .
2nd.ATL seriously, publicly promise that don’t discriminate HBV carriers any more under any situation in the further.;we are so indignant to see the HBV examination happened , especially We had ever sent two letters to The HR manager XiaoJian and the GM of Dongguan branch to persuade and stop the HBV examination, but No one seriously considered this negative effect to ATL and HBV carriers. For detail of pessuasion letters, pls refer to attached mails.We will give a call to XiPing to express our expectation , will also support this investigation work.
