我不是医生。说的一些仅供参考。
0。我觉得情况不太严重。112也不高。胆也不用现在复查。

1。我觉得不用药治疗也是一种选择。回家的时候小心不要太累，最好是卧铺。
到家后多休息。一定不要喝酒。中间查一下转氨酶。比现在的数值更高的话问问医生。
春节回来后再考虑也好。

2。j医生说的“目前可以考虑用些护肝的药物！建议用肝炎灵肌注“我觉得也可以考虑。
肌注不用天天注射。可以买好肝炎灵，到家后到附近的小诊所注射。
口服的保肝药我感觉不太有用。

3。你也可以到病友交流版问问，那边人多一点。 乙肝咨询版只有医生可以回复的。
