please help me to get rid of worry

I feel so confused when I have dinner with my colleagues together. Though I know HBV would not infect  the healthy through shared dinners , I still have a guilty conscience deeply.  I don't know what I am afraid of...Perhaps because I used some tricks to pass the medical examination before entrance to my company , I am always scared as long as I heard some key words just like " annual medical examination" ect...It almost drove me crazy. 

Everyday I live in heavy pressure , I became more and more sensitive , more and more unconfidential ... A few colleagues expressed their disgusts to HBV carriers sometime in office. I was so sad when I was aware of  their ignorance and misunderstanding about HBV carriers. Unfortunately , I  am the one they always mentioned and feared however they did't know --B type Hepatitise virus carries, It's horrible to image what a shocking face showed on them if they knew I was a carrier, and how much curse and complaint would happen to me.

This mental problems burdened me a lot . I have no way to avoid it... Virus bring me gloomy mood as well as dark future. Tragedy, it is a tragedy , we are all victims lived in a savage society.

Science brings us understanding and ingnorance bings our society various descrimination.The ultimate way to get ride of descrimination is to let everyone respect th escience.

I am a senior college student and i am now also face the recuritment descrimination.You are happy compared with me ,you have a suit job and a bright future after all.I even dont't know what my future is.

As for your worry for infection to your workmates,i think it's unnecedssary because hbv can't spread through daily contact.

It's mot your fault to use some tricks to pass the medical examination because everyone has rights for equal work opportunity .It is they who deprived your work rights,so they made a mistake to you firstly ,you had to do it because you have to live on.

Don't be so cared about it .Just live everyday peacefully .Everything will OK.  A delighted mood will benifit your health .It is not our fault to be a HBVer .What does matter is to do your job well ,just let them to be stupid persons .To be yourself truely.

Fully understand it! I have the same concerns, my personality changed accordingly as well. But only one person can't make others think it true. we can try to give them truth. but it's very hard.

My way is to assume somethings: if I explore i'm HBVer, then probably, nobody will stay with me, I'll lose my job, then have no money, finally, I have no way to go forward other than go to death...

My monther gave me life, I can't take my life so light, I need to be alive at least. I have to keep HBV as secret in order to earn money for make my life go ahead.

we have no choice!

Psychologically to say, this is not (can't be) under your control. You have to set pre-performance strategies that will get a grip on your emotions before they get a grip on you. So when it comes to doing your best, it’s the thoughts that count.
