苏格兰皇家银行与中国银行联合成立的信用卡合资企业，开业后第一年已签下近百万用户，充分表明这家英国银行当初备受争议的16亿美元投资正在产生回报。 Royal Bank of Scotland's credit card joint venture operation with Bank of China has signed up close to a million users in its first year, the clearest indication to date that the British bank's controversial $1.6bn investment is yielding results.
