how to improve my oral English?

就好这一口

as everybody knows...when we pass CETs,they didn't test that...so I never care about it~~but when I take interview...what they want is a fluent oral English....I really feel so terrible when I say sth. in English..
and I find that I don't have a huge enough vocabulary.....I hate recite dictionary.....who can show me a better way..

you can practise oral english with a partner, chose a topic, then talk whatever you like

try to remember some frequently used and useful words and phrases

reading articles also helps

Is there any English Corner in your shcool or in the city? Go there if there is one. You cannot speak English unless you talk to anyone who also speaks English. The best way, of course, is to talk to English speakers.
