Not all the mice are served for dinner in Cantonese cuisine, only those who live in field.

I was told it's good for one's hair which looks glossy, but not so popular now coz we have so many choices.

Why does one need so much hair by eating mouse? How did you know so much about Cantonese and mouse? [br]

Why is eating mouse good at the hairy? Is it because the spelling of the mouse is so close to mousse?

See, I told you. No one is here and it just looks like a ghost town. It seems that people don't use English in a certain time period.

I am Cantonese and I was told the above by the elder people. But in my mind, it's a strange diet which I also feel disgusting. Acually you have many choices in Cantones Cuisine. My preference is seafood,soup and dessert.

Cantonese.

I learn a new word. I never know there is a special English word for representing some parts in china, especially when its formation is so far from its spell in chinese.

En, sometimes I see people eat worms and roaches there on TV as well. Did the SARS come from the trends of consumption of wild animals in the region?

Anyhow, I like Cantonese cuisines too, rich in sauce but not oily, and it’s light, considered to be health. It has been ages since last time I ate the food.
