March 24, 2005 cloudy & drizzle

The sports and fitness center has re-opened for several days after remodelling.

Today it is my first time to go to this new sports center. This new one is really nice.

I went to swim for half of hour and sauna for a quarter of hour.

After sport I went home for preparing supper. Taking exercise can really improve one's appetite.

善于忙里偷闲者，生活是从容的，有如悠悠白云；情趣是高雅的，静对明窗赏月、卧听风雨吟诗；头脑是清醒的，追求成功但不执著，淡泊名利但不舍弃，不仅能着眼现在，更能放眼未来；不仅醒对此生，更能笑迎死神。

You can cook by yourself ? That is good, in fact ,ao many men hate cooking , they only want to eat the delicious foood others prepared for them. A man can cook is more attractive ........
