中国的市场经济地位问题是我国现阶段国际贸易中碰到的一个重大问题，也是阻碍中国市场进一步融入国际市场的一大障碍。笔者简要分析了这个问题的由来及“市场经济地位”的认定标准，认为我国不存在美国及欧盟某些国家所谓的“非市场经济地位问题”。笔者还简要分析了“非市场经济地位问题”给中国的国际贸易带来的几方面的影响，并针对这些影响提出了相应的对策建议。 关键词: 经济学 市场经济

The market economic status question of China is an important issue that our country meets in international trade at the present stage, it is a great obstacle of hindering the Chinese market from incorporating the international market further too. I have analysed the origin of this question and standard of asserting of " market economic status " in concision, it is " not the economic status question of the market " that does not think our country stores in so-called U.S.A. and some countries of European Union. I has analysed on the influence of several respects brought briefly to international trade of China it is " not a economic status question of the market " even, and has put forward the corresponding countermeasure and suggestion to the influence.

A crucial problem China is facing in the international trade currently is how to settle our market economy status. This problem might hinder china from taking further steps into international market. The writer briefly analysed the origin of the problem as well as interpreting what market economy status means. At the writer's point of view, There is no non-market economy status problem which is called by USA & some EU countries. Besides, the writer analysed the impact brought by non-market economy status problem to china in the international trade and offered the relevant advice.
