Wu: Let's start the meeting. Waht's on the agenda today?
Joe: Well, we have two new people here, Bob and Li Li, who are here to help us with this hardware problem. We have to decide what their duties will be on the project.
Wu:I suggest we appoint someone to fill them in on our progress to date(so far). Wang Du, would you like to do that?
Wang: Maybe we should find someone else to do that. I'm really busy with the new software project.
Su: Okay, Sam, would you like to go over the project with Bob and Li Li?
Sam: Sure, I'll get on it tomorrow morning, if that's okay with them.
Wu: Bob, Lili? Is that convenient for you?
Bob: As far as I'm concerned, mornings would be better. I'm really busy in the afternoon.
Li Li: Maybe we should meet separately, since I'm out of the office every morning.
Wu: That sounds fine. Just keep us up-to-date on your progress.
