在刚刚结束的HepDART2015年会中，有两家公司（Arbutus和Ciclofilin）分别报告了其研发线上Cyclophilin抑制剂的最新进展。

其结果可以算是“冰火两重天”吧。

来自Arbutus的结论：
•Two chemically distinct cyclophilin inhibitors showed potent anti-PPIAse, and anti-HCV replicon activity
•Neither inhibitor showed consistent anti HBV effects in vitro
•When observed, in vitro antiviral activity correlated with cytostatic effects
•In two HBV animal models cyclophilin inhibitors did not result in any detectable effect, on either viral antigens or nucleic acids
•siRNA knockdown of cyclophilins in vitro and in vivo did not result in antiviral effects
•Our data confirm that different viruses indeed have different requirements for cyclophilin functions, and that HBV is relatively insensitive to cyclophilin inhibition

来自Ciclofilin的结果：
• CPI-431-32 completely blocks HBsAg production/secretion from infected and transfected cells
• CPI-431-32 additionally suppresses HBV cellular entry and replication
• CPI-431-32 reduces liver HBV DNA in HBV1.3 transgenic mice

简单翻译一下。
Arbutus：我们家两种不同的cyclophilin抑制剂，确实有抑制HCV的活性，但对于HBV，在细胞模型和动物模型中均不起作用（如果出现作用，也是和抑制剂本身的非特异性细胞毒作用相关），siRNA的结果也证实了这一点，这足以说明HBV对cyclophilin抑制不敏感。基于此，我们家决定彻底终止cyclophilin抑制剂的研发项目（如果还有买家感兴趣，我们愿意转手）。

Ciclofilin：我们家的cyclophilin抑制剂CPI-431-32各种好，不仅对HIV/HCV有作用，对HBV的抑制效果也是刚刚的。在细胞模型中可以完全抑制HBsAg的产生/释放，在动物模型中能显著降低肝内HBV DNA。

那么问题来了，我们应该相信谁呢？

两家药物估计是有些重要的不同点。没有公布具体试验数据估计不能知道情况的，个人选择我会相信杨梅

没有看到数据之前我也不知道具体情况，但自从看到Ciclofilin在展板中宣称“completely blocks HBsAg production/secretion from infected and transfected cells (在细胞模型中完全抑制HBsAg的产生/释放)”，我就呵呵了。

大神给分析一下吧，现在贴吧里都快疯了。仅仅一个古巴的药，贴吧里就各种传闻，实在难以想象到等真正治愈率高的特效药出来的时候该是什么疯狂的场景？适时的泼盆冷水还是很必要的，让大家抱着客观、冷静和中立的态度看待新药研发，不能盲目！

我无法提供任何科学分析，我不懂亲环素抑制剂的科学.
有研究则有进展.
