求过来人指点！

2年制，金融学，读个国内的博还是就业？
读博自己还没入门看英语文献，听导师说读博的话可以有机会出国看看。就业，不知道进银行HBV行不行。还有国企什么的。

Personally, I would get a job in the industry then study part-time.
