今天真是个好日子, 因为柯达破产了. 我早就不看好它, 想不到它还能坚持那么久. 曾经的柯达一刻是那么的有感染力. 曾经是那么伟大的公司, 如今已经是夕阳西下了.

TIME CAN CHANGE EVERYTHING. 对个人和国家都是一样的. 柯达或许做对了1000个决策, 但就错了那么几条, 比如说为了维护胶片市场而压制数字照相技术的投入---结果是灾难性的!!!

明朝的崇帧皇帝也不算很坏, 但他也是错了几件事(比如虐杀袁重焕), 结果他成了亡国之君. 柯达曾经占距北美90%的影像市场, 它目空一切, 成了个见利忘义的公司, 结果20年后就完蛋了.

Complacency? Do you think Microsoft will go the same way? Look at Yahoo, it is going....

Wish you a happy chinese new year.
you are absoultely right, Yahoo is in danger. As to microsoft, i don't know yet, the competitor is still in junior.
personal I don't want to see too many big companies wind down, I am scared of change. Time goes too fast.

A happy Chinese New Year to you too.
I don't know about Canada, but here in Sydney, Chinese New Year is a commercial opportunity fully exploited. As the years go by, I see more Caucasians doing the lion dances

As for changes, I want to see more for the better.
