老爸后天在仁济做介入，不知道效果会怎么样？
在南京的一周多，病毒也降了，甲胎蛋白不知道降没降，下面是最新的检查结果，不知道是不是真的有动静脉瘘，要是有，会不会影响介入效果呢？担心！

肝癌的诊断明确，选择介入治疗，是合适的。

当然，更合理的治疗策略，建议在介入治疗后，如果仅是上述提及的2个病灶，联合射频消融彻底灭活。
术后定期复查AFP和肝脏病灶变化，并联合抗病毒治疗。
